| Just a note to let you know how much my husband and I appreciated the excellent service provided by your Sales Executive, Anthony Clark. We chose to move to the Dallas area for work related reasons, and had to sell our house…. I interviewed Realtors from three different companies before choosing Anthony. He was by far the most professional and organized person I spoke with and presented a thorough plan for marketing our home. Our home was located on a street that did not have a high traffic volume, but Anthony placed signs in key locations and directed interested buyers to our street. Unfortunately, we were caught in the situation of having composite shingles over wood on the roof of our house. Although it was not a problem for us when we purchased our home almost three years ago, we found that insurance companies will no longer insure houses with that condition. That forced us to reroof the house in order to sell. Anthony handled this complication (and my frustration over the added expense to us) very well, and successfully negotiated a contract for us that provided us with the most money possible. Anthony certainly represents your company very well and, I believe, will achieve whatever goal he sets for himself. | ||
