More than ever people want a home located in an area where they can walk to dining, shopping, and other activities. Walk Score is a great website that allows you to score a neighborhood on “walkability” by entering an address. It will plot nearby attractions (e.g. businesses, parks, churches) and rate the neighborhood on its walkability on a scale of zero to 100.
